1 TBSP of sugar will convert into 1 TBSP erythritol, ¼ TSP powdered stevia, 6-9 liquid stevia
1 CUP of sugar will convert into 1 CUP of granulated swerve/monk fruit, 1 ⅓ CUPS erythritol, 1 TSP liquid stevia
